Hallo Gerrit (002)

02 januari 2023

Komt ie:

“In answer to your e-mail. I did not receive an answer from the House Intelligence Committee or any US Federal Agency at that time. On or about 2000 I met an investor group from Denver, Colorado who were buying ABN AMRO Bank Guarantees from Buenos Aires bankers or brokers and needed an interpreter to meet with the bankers and translate the guarantee if needed. Some guarantees were written in Spanish they said. The bank guarantees were leased and usually sold for 100.000 US dollars. They were supposed to be put up for loans as collateral. The bank guarantees were supposed to be backed by excess cash that was deposited by international companies. I took the assignment and went to meet with the bankers in Buenos Aires. I thought. I was met by the brokers who were selling the guarantees. Two banker's names came up. Mr. Martin de Jong, ABN AMRO chief financial officer, and mr. Jurg Haller, Latin American banker at that time. I never met these men, but the brokers may have mentioned them. The guarantees shown me were of very poor black and white xerox copies and not presentable. I asked the brokers to make better copies or originals. I checked the bank guarantees with the banks and the US banks would not accept bank guarantees as collateral. I found out later that the European banks would not accept them if they were leased, or if they were not guaranteeing a sale or purchase of goods, a transaction etc.
Meanwhile the ABN AMRO brokers, PB Trading Ltd. headed by mr. Mark Cohen of New York, and Albaney Trading of Madrid headed by Ricardo Fernandez, continued selling the fraudulent guarantees. Mr. Mark Cohen is reported as diseased and his son Mark jr. took over. As reported on the internet there were 77 investment groups taken in by the ABN AMRO brokers. I reported them to the FBI but the Agency said that I didn't have “standing” because I was a consultant and not an investor. I ceased and desisted ABN AMRO and their brokers, and proceeded to put together a humanitarian package for UBS investors, which is another story.”

We neuzen verder. Stay tuned.
