This has been a communication error, we apologise for this. We can send a separate offer to your client Jan Semeins without your projects on request. Including new real estate, prox. 1500 m2/ and ownership of terrain, prox. 140.000 m2. Amount requested: 5.400.000 euro based on 2 years development payment first 2 years only interest payments. After two years schedule of interest and payback. Exit funder in 8 years.

2) Gambling arcades and real estate centre Amsterdam. (Toscander Holding S.L. lender for and to : Nansen Capital B.V.).
Gambling arcades 2 in total: one with 19 machines, one with 40 machines. Molensteeg 1 Amsterdam / Oudezijds Achterburgwal 30 Amsterdam, The Netherlands, including local gambling exploitation licences. Real Estate: Molensteeg 1 Amsterdam/ Oudezijds Achterburgwal 30 Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Complete buildings and ground in ownership. Amount requested: 4.300.000 euro based on 2 years development payment first 2 years only interest payments. After 2 years schedule of interest and payback. Exit funder in 6 years.

3) Stadion Plein Hotel Amsterdam (By Nansen Capital B.V. to be appointed Dutch company (s)).
Hotel, parking and culinary restaurants and hospitality school. As mentioned in factsheets. Amount requested: 25.000.000,00 euro based on 20 years development payment first 3 years only interest payments. After 3 years schedule of interest and payback. Exit funder on request.

4) Restaurant “Paardenburg”, Ouderkerk a/d Amstel. Paardenburg Holding B.V.
Restaurant without real estate, rental contract 20 years, option to buy real estate: no.
Amount requested: 1.650.000,00 based on 5 years loan and buying shares. Development payment first 3 years only interest payments. Payback in 5 years 500.000,00 euro. Exit shares on request.

At 1c: We have accepted your project for further investigation. Your application fee has been received. We will now draw up an investment and finance proposal based on the fact that we will receive 50 % or 0 % of the shares in

Project 1 /Kart Park Malaga S.L.
We have anticipated to finance 2.000.000,00 euro on a 8 year loan, and acquisition 50 % of the shares for 3.400.000,00 euro / the application fee 15.000,00 euro status: has been paid in full.

4/ Paardenburg Holding B.V.
We have anticipated to finance 500.000,00 euro on a 5 year loan, and acquistion 25 % of the shares for 1.150.000,00 (500.000,00 initial buy of 25 % shares, and 650.000,00 for renovation) / application fee 15.000 euro status: open.

For the final proposal we will need to have the exploitation forecasts as discussed before and the memorandum and articles of the companies mentioned in Art. 1c, valuation report of the land and construction cost and valuation after construction. Finalisation will take 4 to 5 weeks. Should we not be able to make you a suitable offer, the application fee will be refunded.

At 3. Stadion Plein Hotel Amsterdam. We have received the factsheets of the project. At first glance the location is in line with our requirements. However to come to a decision if we can accept the application we need more detailed information about the company applying for the loan. In this case we feel that better solution will be to finance a part of the required some [oeps, red.] through mortgage and another part by participation in the project. Once we accept the project for application subject to final approval from the board, we will send you a fact sheet with details about the loan conditions. Should these be acceptable we will invite you to pay the application fee which is fully refundable in the event we will not agree to a final finance. Due to the fact that the amount is over 5 mio, please allow on week additional for completion so a maximum of 6 weeks after receipt of deposit.
We are now in the process of preparing a proposal for mortgage only. The required interest and repayment conditions will be sent to you in a fact sheet prior to your acceptance. We would like to receive from you the valuation reports as well as the exploitation results, as well as the memorandum and articles of the company.

Een heleboel rim en nog meer ram. En in een Engels dat af en toe wel heel erg riekt naar grond achter de duinen bij Noordwijk. Oftewel, het epistel van die meneer Bogen cq. Vermeulen lijkt als een meloen druppels water op de schrijfsels van de momenteel in een wat Spartaans aandoend onderkomen in Nieuwegein verblijvende Robbie van de Rhee. Dit keer in een roerend een-tweetje met internationaal pyramidebouwer Janko F. Rottmann. Allicht dat Einar La Lau er niet is ingestonken. Maar het zal je toch gebeuren. Al dat gezeik om wat application fees binnen te hengelen. Stay tuned.
